All rentals and service appointments are confirmed by phone. Pricing, delivery windows, and servicing frequency are quoted at the time of booking and may vary based on unit type, rental duration, and delivery distance.

Equipment & Unit Care

Rented units and equipment remain the property of Nelly Pummy Porta Potty - Restrooms for the duration of the rental period. Customers are responsible for reasonable care of rented units and equipment while on site.

Scheduling Changes

Delivery, extension, and pickup schedule changes should be communicated as early as possible by calling (839) 288-0334. We do our best to accommodate reasonable notice for changes.
