Portable Toilet Rentals for Weddings & Outdoor Events in the Midlands

Barns, farms, riverside venues, and backyard weddings are everywhere across the Midlands, and almost none of them come with enough (or any) restroom infrastructure. Restroom planning is one of the most overlooked parts of outdoor event logistics, and it's also one of the fastest ways to leave a bad impression if it's done wrong.

Here's how experienced planners and venues around Columbia approach it.

How Many Units Do You Actually Need?

A common industry guideline is one restroom unit per 50 guests for a 4-hour event, with an additional unit if alcohol is served (guests tend to use restrooms more frequently at events with bars). For weddings over 150 guests, most planners move to a 2-4 stall restroom trailer instead of standalone units.

Choosing the Right Unit Type for a Wedding

Standard units are fine for casual backyard gatherings, but for a wedding, a flushable deluxe unit or restroom trailer is worth the upgrade: interior lighting, a sink with running water, and a more finished look that matches the rest of your decor.

Placement matters too. Units should be far enough from the reception to avoid odor and noise, but close enough that guests aren't walking a quarter mile in heels.

Timing Your Delivery

We recommend delivery the day before your event when possible, so there's zero risk of a scheduling conflict on the big day itself. Pickup is typically scheduled for the following day or Monday morning after a weekend event.
